About the Job
We’re expanding our team to support CitrusX’s rapid growth and are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer. You’ll play a key role in building the backend infrastructure and collaborating with frontend developers and data scientists to deliver a cutting-edge AI monitoring platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects with modern technologies, in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend infrastructure and services
Optimize system performance and scalability for large-scale AI workloads
Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Work closely with data scientists to integrate ML/AI features
Contribute to system architecture, code quality, and dev practices
Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong software design skills and production-level coding expertise
Independent, result-driven, and a true team player
Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead features end-to-end
Bonus Points For
Experience with ML/AI systems or agent frameworks
Familiarity with big data architectures
Knowledge of containerization and deployment pipelines
