This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how your information is collected and used when you visit the Citrus website- (the “Website”) or complete one of our online forms (collectively, “Online Properties”) operated by CitrusX Ltd. (“Citrus” or “we”, “us”, “our”). The Website provides content and information about us and about our  AI/ML risk management platform which encompasses a robust set of analytic tools for explaining, auditing, improving, and validating AI/ML models (the “Citrusx Solution”).

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Website’s Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

We process the information you provide us when you submit an inquiry or complete a form on our Online Properties.

When you visit our Online Properties, you can submit an inquiry and you may be able to request a demo through our online contact form or in other ways such as via an online chatbot. When you contact us, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the subject of your inquiry. We refer to all such data as “Inquiry Information”.

You do not have a legal obligation to provide us with your Inquiry Information. However, if you choose not to share this information with us, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide you with more information about the Citrusx Solution.

We also collect analytics information about your use of our Online Properties.

The legal basis for collecting and processing your Inquiry Information for purposes of responding to your inquiry, is our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiry. 

The legal basis  for processing your Inquiry Information and Contact Information for the purpose of contacting you with marketing communications is your explicit consent. 


The legal basis under relevant law for processing your data for the purpose of handling instances of abusive use of the Website and violation of law is our legitimate interests in defending and enforcing against violations and breaches that are harmful to our business.
